Overall, it's pretty good.
The only things I see are, as BFMaia pointed out, is that some stroke work might help. I would consider a white line around the triangle to help separate it from the starburst behind it. Possibly a line (purple? black?) around the circle to define it if its on a light background. Then again, does it matter if the white disappears?
You may want to decrease the symbol in the center so that it is not so close the the three stars. It looks a little cramped now and at really small sizes will look very cramped. I always test my logos at .25" in order to make sure they are still legible very small.
